Queenswood Country Park offers excellent facilities to suit all ages and levels of mobility.

Queenswood Café

Queenswood has a family run café in a restored timber-framed building, which serves snacks, ice creams and hot meals. The Café is currently open from 10 am to 4 pm (the take-away hatch stays open until 4pm) but due to current restrictions due to COVID-19, they are only offering takaway snacks, drinks and ice creams.

There are plenty of picnic tables, as well as three on-site barbecues at Queenswood with more benches located at various points along each of the trails.

*Are usual toilets are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions but we have instead installed a number of portaloos by the Viistor Centre, one of which is an accessible toilet.

Electric Mobility Scooters

Mobility scooters are available to borrow to use around Queenswood from April to October (depending on weather conditions.)

They must be booked at least 24 hours in advance - please call  01432 530088 or call in to the Visitor Centre. New users will be given an induction which lasts for 5 minutes and we ask for a donation of £5.
